1. Introduction

2. General
STRUD FIT reserves the right to update product prices, specifications, and availability at any time. We make every effort to keep the website current, but cannot guarantee stock availability at all times. All contracts are concluded in English.

3. Order Process
Orders are accepted from persons aged 18 and over, within the United Kingdom. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer a wait or cancellation option.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are approximate — STRUD FIT is not liable for delays. However, you may cancel your order before delivery if a delay occurs.

5. Payment
All prices are in Pound Sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via debit/credit card or electronic payment. Payment is deducted before dispatch. STRUD FIT reserves the right to adjust prices due to factors such as exchange rate fluctuations or cost increases, with prior notice given.

6. Eligibility
To purchase from STRUD FIT you must:

Be aged 18 or over
Provide accurate personal and payment details
Have a valid UK delivery address


7. Returns & Cancellations
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, email us at contact@strudfit.co.uk within 14 working days of receipt. Return the item unused, in original packaging, at your own cost. A full refund will be issued upon receipt. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt by contacting us directly.
