1. Returning Unwanted Products
We understand you may change your mind. You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions:

Item must be in original, unused condition
Original packaging must be intact
Return shipping cost is your responsibility (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
Once we receive the return, we will process your exchange or refund promptly
For replacements, a new order will need to be placed

How to Return:

Arrange a return label and attach it to the parcel
Send the item back to us
Refund/exchange processed upon receipt

2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the mistake is ours:

✅ We will provide a prepaid return label
✅ A replacement will be sent at no extra charge

If the return is not due to our error:

Return shipping cost is your responsibility
Refund will still be issued upon receipt
A new order must be placed for any replacement

3. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery if damage is visible at the time of receipt.
If you accept the package and later find damage:

Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp
If damage is our fault:

✅ Prepaid return label will be provided
✅ Replacement or refund will be arranged based on your preference

If damage occurred during transit and delivery was accepted:

Return shipping cost will not be covered by STRUD FIT
