Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned via Return to Origin (RTO). Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed upon successful cancellation.

Cancellation Criteria
Your order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect (missing street number, landmark, postcode etc.), the order may be cancelled.
2. Incorrect Price or Product Information

If a product has been listed with an incorrect price or specification on strudfit.co.uk, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you immediately.
3. Out of Stock

In exceptional cases, if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, it will be cancelled and you will be informed by email.
4. Non-Serviceable Area

If your delivery address falls outside our courier partner's serviceable zones, the order will be cancelled after placement.
5. Suspected Fraudulent Activity

Orders flagged for suspected fraud or incorrect payment information will be cancelled immediately.

Refund Process
